• Setup & Pickup:
We typically install the tent one day before your event, but same-day setup may be available if needed.
Pickup is scheduled for the day after your event, weather permitting (no rain). Please note that we do not provide an exact pickup time.
• Installation Requirements:
The tent is secured using stakes anchored into the ground.
If your property has sprinkler systems, they must be clearly marked. Yincolines is not responsible for any damage to unmarked sprinkler lines.
• Underground Utilities (Important):
If there are any underground pipes or utilities, you must contact JULIE (811) to have them marked before installation.
This service is completely free, but it requires scheduling in advance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 5 feet of space around the unit for us to setup your tent.
We’ll add the delivery fee and the city taxes depending on the install location at your final invoiceJuly 3th, 4th, 5th and 6th we’ll add 20% to the product.NEW TAX: Starting January 1, 2025, the State of Illinois requires all rental service providers to collect sales taxes from customers, according to the specific city/town/village where the rental service will be delivered. Please note that this is not a price increase on behalf of Yincolines, but a tax imposed by the State.
